Triggs raising it even higher has immediately caught the attention of scouts and analysts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>NFL Draft Guru Compares Michael Trigg to Vet TE<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Articles \/ Paragraph Links\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nfl.com\/prospects\/michael-trigg\/32005452-4907-4614-da0d-91a032960120\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external nofollow\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/www.nfl.com\/prospects\/michael-trigg\/32005452-4907-4614-da0d-91a032960120\">NFL draft analyst Lance Zierlein<\/a>\u00a0compared Trigg to longtime veteran NFL tight end <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/heavy.com\/nfl\/player\/gerald-everett\/\" title=\"Gerald Everett\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"212148\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gerald Everett<\/a>, who had 292 receptions for 2,869 yards and 20 total touchdowns in 8 seasons for 4 different teams.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Articles \/ Paragraph Links\">\u201cLong, rangy tight end offering rare arm length, good speed and some alignment versatility,\u201d Zierlein wrote. \u201cTrigg moves like a big wideout with surprising hip sink, foot quickness and fluid transitions to run after the catch. He wins vertically against linebackers and overwhelms defensive backs with size, high-point talent and massive hands that fuel highlight-reel catches. He\u2019s still developing as a route-runner and struggles to finish catches through heavy contact. His frame and pad level limit his in-line blocking, but he can wall off or stalk-block from the slot.
