Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> coach Andy Reid has always been deeply respected around the NFL.<\/p>\n He coaches his players hard, but treats them fairly and allows their personalities to shine. When a player really earns his trust, he allows them to have creative input. Reid also sets his assistant coaches up for success and prepares them for bigger and better opportunities.<\/p>\n Those traits are part of why he has had such a long and decorated career. Reid finally reached the pinnacle of coaching when he won his first Super Bowl during the 2019 season. I felt kind of stuck in a way in K.C. And going to San Fran helped me get it back on the road and just put the fun back in the game. I was getting hurt a lot, and last season was my first full, healthy season in a while.
