The Baltimore Ravens\u2019<\/a> three-round mock draft has been released by ESPN. The team is urged to address offensive and defensive needs.<\/p>\n The Baltimore Ravens<\/a> have the 14th pick in the first round of the draft. According to ESPN<\/a>, the mock draft has the Ravens selecting cornerback Jermod McCoy out of the University of Tennessee.<\/p>\n \u201cMarlon Humphrey is on the decline, and Nate Wiggins is still a little unproven. McCoy, meanwhile, would have been CB1 in this class had he not lost a season to a torn ACL.\u201d Matt Miller wrote in the ESPN article<\/a>.<\/p>\n Marlon Humphrey and Nate Wiggins struggled in certain areas during the 2025 season. Though they did not play their best, the Baltimore Ravens pass rush did not get after the quarterback which puts a lot of pressure on their secondary.<\/p>\n Now that the team has signed edge rusher Trey Hendrickson, Baltimore should be better at getting after the quarterback which will open up opportunities for the secondary.<\/p>\n Jermod McCoy sat out the entire 2025 season but has the talent of a top 10 pick.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen healthy, McCoy has shown true man-to-man cover skills, demonstrating not only elite change of direction and acceleration but ball-hawking instincts and hands.\u201d\u00a0Rob Rang wrote in a FOX Sports article<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Ravens adding another \u2018ball-hawking\u2019 corner could make them hard to pass against.<\/p>\n ESPN Has Ravens Taking Guard in Second Round<\/p>\n In 2025, the Baltimore Ravens struggled to protect Lamar Jackson. The Baltimore Ravens signed veteran center Danny Pinter in March to possibly replace Tyler Linderbaum. Pinter previously played for the Indianapolis Colts<\/a>. Pinter was an All-MAC selection at Ball State in 2019 and a 5th round pick by the Indianapolis Colts in 2020.<\/p>\n With the 45th overall pick in the mock draft, ESPN<\/a> has the Baltimore Ravens selecting offensive guard Keylan Rutledge out of Georgia Tech.<\/p>\n \u201cEven after the John Simpson signing, the Ravens\u2019 interior could use some attention at the draft. Rutledge allowed just two sacks across 43 career starts.\u201d Mel Kiper wrote in the ESPN article<\/a>.<\/p>\n The urge for Baltimore to improve their guard play stems from the season Daniel Faalele had with the Ravens last year. Faalele allowed 30 pressures, four sacks, and three quarterback hits in 2025. Faalele will not likely be back with the Ravens in 2026.<\/p>\n Baltimore Selects Wide Receiver in Mock<\/p>\n In the third round of the ESPN mock draft, Baltimore selects Malachi Fields out of the University of Notre Dame.<\/p>\n \u201cFields would give the Ravens a much different style of wideout than Zay Flowers. Fields has vise-grip hands (one drop in 2025) and contested-catch ability, but his speed is just average.\u201d The ESPN article says<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Baltimore Ravens are primarily a running football team specifically with Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry in the backfield.<\/p>\n The Ravens have struggled to find wide receiver consistency to go along with Zay Flowers. Flowers caught 86 passes in the 2025 season. Flowers ranked 7th in total receiving yards with 1,211. Possibly taking a wide receiver in the third round may give them the consistency they need.<\/p>\n This draft will clearly serve as important for the Baltimore Ravens.
