An athlete can be himself, whether that\u2019s wearing traditional clothing, embracing a plant-based lifestyle, or using a unique football technique that may be unorthodox. I wanted to challenge the idea that, for an athlete to perform, he has to separate his individuality and identity. He doesn\u2019t. He can still make an impact on the field and in the community.\u201d<\/p>\n
