The Buffalo Bills<\/a> made some major structural changes this offseason, parting ways with longtime coach Sean McDermott in the hope of making the most of Josh Allen\u2019s remaining time at his career peak.<\/p>\n

But the team still faces questions about whether they\u2019ve done enough to support Allen, leading one insider to call out the team\u2019s personnel plans. While the Bills have tried to bring on new talent this offseason, Bleacher Report\u2019s Brad Gagnon<\/a> questioned whether it\u2019s enough.<\/p>\n

In an article breaking down the looming questions facing all 32 NFL<\/a> teams, Gagnon suggested that the Bills could still have some holes in their roster on offense.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s all about supporting the franchise quarterback in their quest to finally get over the top,\u201d Gagnon wrote. \u201cThe question is, where should they focus at the top of the draft? Do they target an inside linebacker or DB to spruce up the defense? A guard to replace David Edwards? Another receiver for Allen to rely on? There are a lot of potential avenues here, both in the draft and in the lingering waves of free agency.\u201d<\/p>\n

Many expect the Bills to address those questions early, using their first-round pick on a wide receiver who can add a much-needed dimension to the offense. ESPN\u2019s Matt Miller<\/a> predicted the team would take Indiana wide receiver Omar Cooper, Jr., with their top overall pick.<\/p>\n

\u201cCooper is an accomplished route runner with experience in the slot and on the outside,\u201d Miller wrote. \u201cHe\u2019s dependable with great hands \u2014 only three drops on 94 targets last season \u2014 and the physicality to run through contact before and after the catch.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bills Face Criticism for Offseason Moves<\/p>\n

While the Bills have taken some big swings in the hopes of boosting their offense this offseason, not all around the league believe they were the right moves. The Athletic\u2019s Mike Sando<\/a> spoke to some league executives who believe the Bills vastly overpaid when they sent a second-round pick to the Chicago Bears<\/a> for receiver DJ Moore.<\/p>\n

\u201cD.J. Moore was gonna get cut, and they gave up a second-round pick to get him,\u201d one executive told Sando. \u201cThey gave up a second-round pick and $40 million (in guarantees). What is going on?\u201d<\/p>\n
