The Baltimore Ravens<\/a> might not be done adding pieces in free agency. <\/p>\n

Three-time Pro Bowler defensive end Jadeveon Clowney<\/a> recently said he would \u201cdefinitely be open\u201d to returning to Baltimore, and Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson<\/a> had a simple one-word response when asked if he would want Clowney back. <\/p>\n

Clowney spoke highly of his lone season in Baltimore, so there could be some mutual interest there. <\/p>\n

\u201cThey got a lot of good guys that I can relate to in that locker room. I\u2019ll definitely be open to going back to Baltimore, playing with Lamar Jackson<\/a> now. It was a great time for me,\u201d Clowney said recently, via Aaron Wilson of KPRC2.<\/a> <\/p>\n

Clowney was selected first overall in the 2014 NFL Draft by the Houston Texans<\/a>. He spent five seasons in Houston before spending time with each of the Seattle Seahawks<\/a>, Tennessee Titans<\/a>, and Cleveland Browns<\/a> before coming to Baltimore in 2023. <\/p>\n

Clowney then played the 202 season with the Carolina Panthers<\/a> and signed with the Dallas Cowboys for 2025<\/a><\/a>, playing in 13 games with 8.5 sacks in Dallas. <\/p>\n

Clowney played in all 17 regular-season games with the Ravens in 2023, finishing with 9.5 sacks, which is tied for his career-high in a season. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a busy offseason for the Ravens already. John Harbaugh was fired <\/a>after nearly two decades as the head coach and Jesse Minter was hired<\/a> as his replacement. <\/p>\n

Then, the Ravens agreed to acquire Maxx Crosby<\/a> before backing out of the trade<\/a>, only to sign pass rusher Trey Hendrickson to a four-year, $112 million deal<\/a><\/a>. <\/p>\n

Clowney\u2019s return could make sense for Baltimore, especially with Lamar Jackson<\/a> being open to him coming back to the franchise. <\/p>\n
