This past Tuesday evening, I asked the following question:<\/p>\n
If you could have a one-on-one sit-down with current Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, what would you ask him, or maybe just tell him, as a long-time suffering fan of the team?<\/p>\n
Below are some of your thougths and answers-<\/p>\n
finfanfromsiam says he doesn\u2019t know anything anyway, so why bother?<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t want to say nadda…..dude is brain dead when comes to football…<\/p>\n
Phin is the Word just wants to borrow a few bucks.<\/p>\n
ArtistfomerlyknownasTua2Hill wants Ross to stop throwing money at everything and just get the right guys to win.<\/p>\n
Why do you spend so much money on upgrades to the stadium for us fans, concerts, entertainment, bloated contracts, personnel payroll, etc…but somehow can\u2019t find the right ppl to build us a winning team? That\u2019s all we want.<\/p>\n
twinssdfan wants to know about some firings and how he feels about the huge cap hit for players no longer on the team.<\/p>\n

When did you decide that Grier was not the right choice at GM?<\/p>\n
When did you decide that Coach McDaniel was not the right choice as coach?<\/p>\n
How do you feel about having all this record setting dead money?<\/p>\n
VolFaninFla wants the one thing that\u2019s not going to happen.<\/p>\n
Would you please sell the team?<\/p>\n
Lefty5150 just wants Ross to know how much he screwed up.<\/p>\n
Mr. Ross how could you fire a coach who kept a locker room together and finished a season winning 8 of his last 9 games with a roster that had no Tyreek or Jalen? Was this to save face over the fact that you tampered with a free agent (Brady) and cost your own team a first round draft pick. In short sir you F\u2019d up.<\/p>\n
StanleyDoyle1 is still upset over that lost first-rounder. I doubt any of us were happy about that stupid mistake.<\/p>\n
How does it feel to be so stupid and corrupt that you cost the team a Number One draft choice.<\/p>\n
Phins1972 believes Ross should sell because he was dumb enough to keep Grier around for so long.<\/p>\n
Why won\u2019t you sell the team to someone not dumb enough to keep Chris Grier as GM for 9 years of utter futility?<\/p>\n
Cchall_13 would lobby for the one change that most of us can agree on.<\/p>\n
Most the fans love the old logo\/jerseys better why not go back to them permanently?<\/p>\n
Melfins wants to ask him to petition the league office for a better regional realignment within the division.<\/p>\n
Would you petition the league to be moved into the AFC South. This move would ensure teams are in their proper geographical division. The Indianapolis Colts would move to the AFC North, and the Baltimore Ravens move to the East.<\/p>\n
toscana-jones is another ready to see Ross sell.<\/p>\n
Why do you keep throwing money at this?<\/p>\n
Just sell the team and find another pastime<\/p>\n
JUK wonders why it took him so long to hire guys with the same vision for the team, both for the GM and the HC.<\/p>\n
Why did you take so long to hire a GM and coach at the same time who had the same vision?<\/p>\n
RobNJ65 wants to know if he could ask the people whose burial site the stadium was built upon to do us a solid. Unfortunately, the Tequesta tribe vanished sometime in the 1700\u2019s.<\/p>\n
How bout asking the Indian tribe who had claim to the land if they can forgive us and exetcise the spirits<\/p>\n
davidson11 wants to ask him about the apparent grudge that the NFL holds against the Dolphins.<\/p>\n
Why does the NFL hate the Dolphins so much? The rigged games, the in-season Hard Knocks, the \u201ccheat motion\u201d being ruled illegal while Tush Push stays, getting punished more for a Tom Brady meeting than 15 years of the Patriots systemically cheating the entire league, etc, etc, etc……<\/p>\n
mjw024 wants to ask him to go old school on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n
For the love of all that is holy, please make the throwbacks permanent.<\/p>\n
Well, that\u2019s our random 15 comments for the evening. It seems as if, given the chance, most of you would inquire about the stupid moves made over the years. Others would just lobby to have the organization permanently revert to the old logo, instead of letting us see how good it looks on the uniforms a couple of times a year.
