The Lions<\/a> LB depth includes Malcolm Rodriguez who has an ACL tear<\/a> in his history. Would the team consider another LB with an ACL history and other knee issues? That is the question with Josiah Trotter who could be a top prospect if his health checks out.<\/p>\n Here is the excerpt from my medical report on Trotter:<\/a><\/p>\n (Ages in parentheses are at start of 2026 season and are factored into the concern level. Most recently, he had a \u201cminor\u201d knee injury that needed surgery. A simple meniscus tear might fit that description. He did not run at the combine which is a concern.<\/p>\n Previously, he had separate ACL and MCL injuries.
