Mandatory Credit: Ken Ruinard-USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images.<\/p>\n<p>The Nopedy Nope: Avieon Terrell could be the Vikings\u2019 draft pick at No. 18. <\/p>\n<p>Terrell\u2019s Round 1 draft stock is in jeopardy. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Clemson Insider\u2019s Gavin Oliver\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theclemsoninsider.com\/2026\/03\/30\/clemson-draft-prospect-suffers-injury\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">wrote Monday<\/a>, \u201cAfter not participating in Clemson\u2019s Pro Day on March 12, former Tiger cornerback Avieon Terrell held a private pro day at Clemson on Monday morning, according to ESPN\u2019s Adam Schefter. Unfortunately for Terrell, his workout for NFL teams was not injury-free. Schefter reported that Terrell aggravated his hamstring injury on the first run of his private pro day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a setback for Terrell, who has been frequently projected to be a first-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, which is set to take place from April 23-25 in Pittsburgh. Longtime ESPN NFL Draft analyst\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vikingsterritory.com\/2026\/news\/top_news\/mel-kiper-mocks-delane-vikings\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">Mel Kiper Jr.<\/a>\u00a0ranks Terrell as the third-best cornerback in this year\u2019s draft class. Terrell did not run the 40-yard dash at the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine, but did impress during on-field drills there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Terrell didn\u2019t participate at <a href=\"https:\/\/vikingsterritory.com\/2026\/news\/analysis\/vikings-real-combine-business-not-rookies\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">the NFL Combine<\/a>. He wasn\u2019t at Clemson\u2019s Pro Day. And he got hurt on the first play of his private Pro Day.<\/p>\n<p>That sound you hear is Terrell\u2019s draft stock falling to Round 2.<\/p>\n<p>The Verdict: Nopedy nope on Terrell as a bonafide CB option for Minnesota at pick No. 18.<\/p>\n<p>The Nopedy Nope: Minnesota could draft OT Spencer Fano and convert him to center. <\/p>\n<p>While most of the world mock-drafts Oregon safety <a href=\"https:\/\/vikingsterritory.com\/2026\/news\/analysis\/vikings-mock-draft-dillon-thieneman\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">Dillon Thieneman<\/a> to the Vikings, Bleacher Report flipped the script this week. It nominated Utah offensive tackle Spencer Fano for the purple team, recommending an immediate conversion to center.<\/p>\n<p>BR\u2019s Scouting Report\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bleacherreport.com\/articles\/25407634-2026-nfl-mock-draft\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">explained the pick<\/a>: \u201cThe Minnesota Vikings have an opportunity to land the class\u2019s best offensive tackle prospect and then move him to center. Fano\u2019s profile is reminiscent of current Packers right tackle Zach Tom coming out of Wake Forest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile rumors of Tom sliding inside to center never materialized, Fano\u2019s would in this scenario. Minnesota is set at the other four spots for the upcoming season. Still, Fano\u2019s athletic ability is an instant weapon within Kevin O\u2019Connell\u2019s designed run game and offers a potential long-term option at right tackle if O\u2019Neill is not retained.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Drafting a center in Round 1 is usually a little silly \u2014 they can be found in Rounds 2 through 7 \u2014 and picking one to convert to center might take cake.<\/p>\n<p>What are we doing here?<\/p>\n<p>The Verdict: Nopedy nope on the Vikings working out patchwork offensive line solutions when they have a clean slate at No. 18. Unbelievable. <\/p>\n<p>The Nopedy Nope: K.J. Osborn is an option for the Vikings\u2019 WR3 in 2026. <\/p>\n<p>One week ago, Osborn hopped on a show, declaring his desire to rejoin the team that drafted him six years ago. <\/p>\n<p>Talking to the\u00a0Caps Off\u00a0podcast, Osborn\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CoLjIoJpyaY\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">told the show<\/a>, \u201cYou can\u2019t help but look at Minnesota. With Kyler Murray going back. Jalen Nailor, I\u2019m so happy for him. Speedy, congrats bro, my guy, he just got 3 years for $35 million from the Raiders. So that spot WR3 is back open.
