However, they could speed things up by trading superstar defensive end Myles Garrett<\/a> in an effort to load up on assets ahead of the upcoming draft. With Garrett\u2019s name still popping up in rumors<\/a>, let\u2019s look at a trade pitch that would see the Browns deal him to the New England Patriots<\/a>.<\/p>\n Browns\u2019 Myles Garrett Trade Pitch Sends Him to the Patriots<\/p>\n Browns receive: 2026 first-round pick (No. 31), 2027 first-round pick, 2027 second-round pick It may pain Browns fans, but if the team is going to trade Garrett, now is the time to do so. He is fresh off a historic 2025 campaign that saw him break the NFL\u2019s single-season sack record, as he took down opposing quarterbacks 23 times last year. Bringing him to town would make New England even scarier than it already is, which is saying something considering how successful it was last season.<\/p>\n While Garrett keeps seeing his name pop up in trade rumors, the Browns don\u2019t seem intent on trading him. The right offer could change that, and in theory, trading Garrett makes more sense than holding onto him, given the state of the rest of the roster.
