Kylie Kelce is drawing backlash after griping about questions<\/a> surrounding Travis Kelce<\/a> and Taylor Swift\u2019s wedding, as her comments quickly set off a wave of reactions online.<\/p>\n

Kylie Kelce\u2019s profanity-laced tirade \u2014 seen by some as unnecessarily blunt \u2014 fueled a split reaction across social media, with critics piling on while others argued she was simply setting boundaries.<\/p>\n

It started on the April 2 episode of Kylie Kelce\u2019s podcast Not Gonna Lie. According to Awful Announcing\u2018s Brendon Kleen, Kylie unloaded on anyone who has been pressing her, or her mother-in-law, Donna Kelce, for details about the upcoming nuptials. Kylie Kelce is the wife of retired Philadelphia Eagles<\/a> center Jason Kelce<\/a>, which makes her sister-in-law to Travis Kelce.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just want to say to literally everybody: quit asking me and my mother-in-law about upcoming nuptials,\u201d she said. \u201cNobody is f****** telling you anything. I don\u2019t have any details.\u201d She then singled out TMZ by name, calling them \u201ccreeps in the f****** airport.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kylie Kelce\u2019s Blunt Policy Statement<\/p>\n

Kelce then signed off with her new personal policy about Taylor Swift questions.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know what my answer\u2019s going to be?\u201d she said on her podcast. \u201cI know nothing. Suck my a**.\u201d<\/p>\n

The rant was triggered in part by TMZ approaching Donna Kelce at Los Angeles International Airport on March 30, peppering her with questions about the planned wedding, reportedly set for June 13<\/a> at the Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. Donna kept her composure during the encounter, but was visibly uncomfortable. Kylie was having none of it.<\/p>\n

Not everyone was sympathetic. Page Six rounded up a flood of critical reactions<\/a> from X users who pointed out that Kylie owes her own high-profile platform largely to Swift\u2019s extraordinary fame.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only reason anyone listens to Kylie is Taylor Swift. The ego here is incredible,\u201d one fan wrote, as quoted by Page Six.<\/p>\n

Another added bluntly, \u201cNo one would listen to her if Travis wasn\u2019t marrying Taylor.\u201d<\/p>\n

And yet another took a shot at Travis and Jason Kelce\u2019s own hugely popular podcast.<\/p>\n

\u201cNew Heights was an average podcast. Sort of amateurish. It didn\u2019t get popular until Travis started dating Taylor,\u201d one user wrote.<\/p>\n

One of the more viral takedowns came in the form of a South Park meme. The meme consisted of a gif mocking Prince Harry and Meghan Markle\u2019s \u201cWorldwide Privacy Tour,\u201d with the caption, \u201cKylie Kelce telling people to stop asking her about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce\u2019s wedding on the podcast she started for the sole purpose of monetizing her relationship\/proximity to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.\u201d<\/p>\n

Some Sympathy for Kylie Kelce As Well<\/p>\n

The backlash wasn\u2019t universal. Writer Robin Raven at Yahoo!<\/a> came to Kylie Kelce\u2019s defense, arguing that Swift\u2019s fellow sister-in-law said what a lot of Swift fans were already thinking.<\/p>\n

Raven pointed to the LAX ambush of Donna Kelce as the real offense, namely, a woman who never chose public life being tailed through an airport by someone with a camera.<\/p>\n

\u201cKylie didn\u2019t hold back, and I was cheering her on as I listened,\u201d the Yahoo! scribe wrote. \u201cTaylor Swift and Travis Kelce deserve their privacy, and so do their families.\u201d<\/p>\n

Some fans on X also pushed back against the pile-on. \u201cShe said what she said and honestly respect the energy \u2014 some things just don\u2019t belong to the public,\u201d one user wrote, per The Comeback<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What Do We Actually Know About the Swift-Kelce Wedding?<\/p>\n

In fairness to Kylie, there isn\u2019t much to share even for those who would. Swift and Kelce got engaged in August 2025 and are reportedly planning the June 13 ceremony at the Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, a date that happens to fall on Swift\u2019s half-birthday, a detail the reportedly numerology-obsessed<\/a> singer is unlikely to have chosen by accident.<\/p>\n

Guests are said to have been asked to sign NDAs. No official details have been confirmed by either camp. Travis\u2019s bachelor party, according to E! Online<\/a>, is expected to be a low-key trip with close friends including Jason Kelce and Patrick Mahomes. As for the bride, she reportedly won\u2019t have traditional bridesmaids at the ceremony.<\/p>\n

In other words: Kylie Kelce probably isn\u2019t holding out on anyone. But whether that makes her rant more justified or less \u2014 fans are clearly not done arguing about it.<\/p>\n
