The Green Bay Packers<\/a> have made it clear that they need more pass-rush help, with Micah Parsons suffering an ACL injury last season.<\/p>\n

The franchise moved on from Rashan Gary, and now there is a need for another player to give the defense some pass-rush juice.<\/p>\n

Some think that could come from the NFL Draft, but others think that a veteran free agent could be useful.<\/p>\n

And for CBS Sports’ Garrett Podell, he’s named Von Miller as a potential candidate for Green Bay.<\/p>\n

“Miller makes plenty of sense on the Packers, given Micah Parsons’ situation. Parsons is recovering from a torn ACL,” Podell wrote<\/a>. “Miller would be an ideal addition to hold down the fort at the edge rusher spot opposite former first-round pick Lukas Van Ness until Parsons gets back.”<\/p>\n

Packers set for big 2026?<\/p>\n

Having been playoff contenders for the past couple of seasons, the Packers have yet to make it all the way to the Super Bowl.<\/p>\n

Yes, had Micah not gotten injured last season, you could have made the case that Green Bay might have.<\/p>\n

But if Miller is signed, the Packers will get a top rotational pass rusher who still makes defenses nervous when he’s on the field.<\/p>\n

No, he isn’t the game-wrecker he once was, but he still provides plenty of terror along the offensive line.<\/p>\n

And having that sustained pressure could make all the difference for the Packers.<\/p>\n
