Gracie Hunt is engaged to Derek Green, the youngest son of former Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Trent Green.<\/p>\n
The NFL heiress, who is the daughter of billionaire Chiefs CEO\u00a0Clark Hunt, announced the exciting news in a sweet Instagram post on Saturday.<\/p>\n
