The Carolina Panthers<\/a> are continuing to evaluate the most important position in the game.<\/p>\n

According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, the team has set up a visit<\/a> for Georgia Tech quarterback Haynes King.<\/p>\n

A Longview, Texas native, King spent his first three collegiate campaigns at Texas A&M University. He’d appear in 10 games for the Aggies\u2014amassing 1,579 passing yards, 10 touchdowns and 10 interceptions between 2020 and 2022.<\/p>\n

King went on to lead the ACC in passing touchdowns (27) in his first season at Georgia Tech. Over his three years there (2023 to 2025), the dual-threat quarterback totaled 7,907 yards and 55 touchdowns through the air while running for 2,277 yards and 36 scores.<\/p>\n

Headlined by his conference-leading 15 rushing touchdowns, King was named the 2025 ACC Player of the Year and the ACC Offensive Player of the Year.<\/p>\n

Per Rapoport, the 25-year-old passer is also expected to meet with the Atlanta Falcons.<\/p>\n
