Any player who comes up against Crosby on the field knows that he\u2019s intimidating, and that\u2019s a plus for the veteran defense end.<\/p>\n Trade Proposal Sends Max Crosby to a Team the Dallas Cowboys Don\u2019t Like<\/p>\n In a Monday, April 6 feature for ESPN<\/a>, Bill Barnwell sends Crosby to the Philadelphia Eagles<\/a> in exchange for the 23rd overall pick, a 2027 third-round pick and edge Nolan Smith Jr. That\u2019s a good deal for the Eagles.<\/p>\n \u201cThough Crosby is saying that he wants to move forward with the only pro organization he has ever known after his trade to the Ravens fell through,\u201d Barnwell states in the feature, \u201cthe same logic that led the Raiders to initially deal Crosby to Baltimore still holds.\u201d<\/p>\n He adds that the Raiders doesn\u2019t \u201cappear to be close to seriously contending.\u201d On top of that, \u201cCrosby turns 29 in August. He wants to win, ideally sooner rather than later. That might happen in Vegas, but by the time it does, Crosby could be well past his peak.\u201d<\/p>\n So, this trade would leave the Cowboys out to dry and land one of their NFC rivals Crosby. \u201cThat trade wouldn\u2019t land the Eagles picks in 2026, and trading for Crosby might reduce Philly\u2019s leverage,\u201d Barnwell adds<\/a>, \u201cbut there should still be enough interest in Brown to ensure that the Eagles get something meaningful for their top wide receiver.\u201d<\/p>\n Will it actually happen?
