A 30-visit is a formal in-person meeting the NFL teams get to have with draft prospects. Each NFL team gets 30 of these visits (which is where the name comes from) and consists of NFL teams bringing in these prospects to their facilities for interviews and physicals. These visits allow a team like the Seahawks to conduct further interviews and conduct physicals with the players. Local prospects do not count against a team’s limit.

Three new names to the list are all edge rushers (R Mason Thomas, Keyron Crawford, and Keyshawn James-Newby). R Mason Thomas, out of Oklahoma, is the biggest name of the three, as he is a consensus top 50 prospect. Some analysts, including Daniel Jeremiah, even believe that Thomas could be the selection for Seattle at 32. Jeremiah notes that Thomas “would be a great fit in Seattle, where he wouldn’t have to be the focal point of the … pass rush.” In 2025, Thomas had 26 tackles, 6.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles.

Keyron Crawford out of Auburn is another prospect that could make sense for Seattle on day two or three of the draft. Crawford, who only began playing organized football as a senior in high school, is a raw, yet athletic prospect that could be intriguing to add to Seattle’s pass rush. In 2025 Crawford had 36 tackles, 5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one interception.

Adding to the edge room will be crucial for Seattle as the only main rotational player at the position under contract after 2026 is DeMarcus Lawrence.

It is the middle of April, which means it is peak “30-visit” season.
