Houston ISD is celebrating a major milestone in the 2025-2026 school year, with no students attending an F-rated campus across the district. The achievement marks a significant step forward in improving educational outcomes, as the number of A- and B-rated schools has more than doubled over the past two years.<\/p>\n
This progress is part of a broader effort to elevate schools across the city through the Houston Promise initiative. The program has ensured that all 64 previously C- and D-rated campuses are now adopted and supported, creating new opportunities for students and educators alike.<\/p>\n
The Houston Texans have played a direct role in that effort, adopting three schools as part of the initiative. Through hands-on community engagement, the organization continues to support teachers and staff who are driving change inside classrooms.<\/p>\n
As part of that commitment, the Texans recently visited Hartsfield Elementary to recognize the work being done on campus. Teachers and staff were celebrated with a special lunch provided by Trill Burgers, bringing a moment of appreciation to those making a daily impact.<\/p>\n
Houston Texans Legend Tim Jamison and Texans Cheerleaders were also on-site, connecting with educators, handing out giveaways, and helping energize the campus community.<\/p>\n
