Last offseason, the San Francisco 49ers<\/a> lost linebacker Dre Greenlaw to the Denver Broncos on a three-year deal, but just a year later, he’s back playing on Kyle Shanahan’s defense alongside Fred Warner.<\/p>\n Things didn’t go great for Greenlaw in Denver, as the veteran battled injuries and received a one-game suspension for threatening a referee following a 33-32 win over the New York Giants.<\/p>\n While it was previously unknown what Greenlaw said to referee Brad Allen that led to the suspension, the linebacker revealed his comments on a recent episode of “The Set” with former NFL offensive lineman Terron Armstead.<\/p>\n “I told him, I said, ‘Man, that was [bullcrap],'”\u00a0Greenlaw said<\/a>. “You’re a b—- for calling that.’ That’s what I said to him, no cap.
