Rodriguez was the best linebacker in college football in 2025, but because of his age, he won\u2019t be the first LB picked in this upcoming draft.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-1\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6j\">Although the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/nfl\/panthers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Carolina Panthers<\/a> won\u2019t be drafting Rodriguez in the first round, one Panthers legend has glowing things to say about him as a prospect. In 2025, Rodriguez forced seven fumbles and added four interceptions as well, a double-digit turnover season is absurd in College Football, and because of his production, Rodriguez even earned Heisman votes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-7\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"79\">Seeing praise like this from one of the best linebackers of all time just further validates how good Jacob Rodriguez really is, and why his stock has grown.
