According to the website <a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/grindingthemocks.shinyapps.io\/Dashboard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Grinding the Mocks<\/a>, which aggregates mock draft results from across the web, 26.5% of published mocks as of April 7 have Los Angeles using that pick on an offensive tackle, making it the second-most projected position for the team (wide receiver is 31.4%).<\/p>\n<p>Those predictions most often cite the retirement of longtime right tackle Rob Havenstein, though head coach Sean McVay earlier this offseason said Warren McClendon Jr. \u2013 who filled in for Havenstein when he was injured last season \u2013 earned the right to succeed the veteran. At the same time, McClendon is entering the final year of his rookie contract. There&#8217;s a handful of players with elite physical traits just from a pure size perspective and they showed off elite movement skills in the athletic testing that translates to tape.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\n  Five names to know<\/p>\n<p>  Francis Mauigoa \u2013 Miami (Fla.) \u2013 <a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.therams.com\/news\/prospect-preview-francis-mauigoa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Prospect Preview<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Measurables: 6-foot-5 1\/2, 329<\/p>\n<p>Snapshot: Three-year starter for the Hurricanes who capped his college career winning the ACC&#8217;s Jacobs Blocking Trophy (best offensive lineman) and earning Associated Press First-Team All-American recognition. He started at left tackle as a freshman before switching to right tackle.
