It’s safe to say the Kellen Moore is in agreement. The New Orleans Saints are bringing in nearly every receiver you could think of on one of their top-30 visits.

Jordyn Tyson, Carnell Tate and Chris Bell are some of the most commonly discussed prospects in Saints circles, regardless of position. All of them have been brought in as a top-30 visit. Makai Lemon is another option at 8 who the Saints have visited with. The list rounds out with Omar Cooper and Ted Hurst. As the Saints’ list grows, the amount of wide receivers on the list will likely grow as well.

This list doesn’t even include workouts. Denzel Boston was brought in for a workout, and many other receivers will be also. Regardless of the method, the Saints are making it a point to accumulate as much knowledge on receivers as possible.

Wide receivers are dominating the Saints interests

Is wide receiver a massive need for the Saints? Of course. It’s no surprise the team is doing their due diligence on the position. This is more than due diligence, however. Investing 6 of their 10 visits in the same position is a huge sign of how they feel about the position.

Interestingly, none of the names reported so far are edge rushers. It’s another one of the glaring holes on the Saints and figures to be one of the positions in play early. These visits aren’t the end all be all, but it’s still surprising to see no edge rushers on the list at the moment. It’s completely wide receivers, defensive backs and offensive linemen.

The Saints may not use all 30 of these visits and all of them won’t be announced either. The odds are they’re going to bring in at least one or two more receivers for a top-30 visit. Nearly a third of the Saints’ top-30 visits will be dedicated wide receiver.

We’ve seen the Saints go into the draft with an obvious need and don’t address it. Don’t expect that to be the case this year. Moore and Co. are too active for it to be a complete smokescreen. It might not be Round 1, but the Saints are poised to pick a wide receiver in the draft.

Fans have been clamoring that adding talent in the wide receiver room next to Chris Olave and Devaughn…

[2076
7,896,55,2572,2571,6,397
0":"post-863558","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-new-orleans-saints","8":"tag-football","9":"tag-new-orleans","10":"tag-new-orleans-saints","11":"tag-neworleans","12":"tag-neworleanssaints","13":"tag-nfl","14":"tag-saints
["GET
