The Raiders are expected to take top quarterback Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 overall pick, leaving Crosby as their top defensive player.<\/p>\n<p>Former Raiders general manager Mike Mayock said in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6iFV7x9HM6c\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">appearance on \u201cThe Rich Eisen Show\u201d<\/a> that he believes Crosby is bearing down for the team\u2019s rebuilding effort.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy best guess is that Maxx [Crosby] is sticking around,\u201d Mayock said. \u201cOne of the things I mentioned to him afterward was just\u2026 work your [expletive] off like you always have. Be who you are.
