He’s hauled in 125 receptions, 1,715 yards, and 20 touchdowns.

Boston could be the exact archetype of receiver the Jets are looking to pair up with Wilson. New York has long lacked a true X in their offense, a big-bodied pass catcher who can go up and high-point the football. The Washington product could be that guy.

The real question with Boston lies in where he could be drafted. Early mock drafts had him in the middle of the first round. You probably saw him projected to the Jets with the 16th overall pick several times.

But as the pre-draft process has rolled on, it seems like Boston is destined to be a late first-round pick, and may be a reach at No. 16.

If the Jets want to get their hands on the Washington wideout, they may not be able to wait to pick No. 33 to scoop him up. Instead, they could be forced to move up in the back half of the first round, trading up from the first selection in the second round to secure Boston.

It all depends on how the 2026 wide receiver class shakes out, and how early the run on pass catchers starts come April 23.

If the Jets can nab him, Boston would be a fantastic addition to New York’s wide receiver room.

Outside of a long-term plan at the quarterback position, the New York Jets’ biggest need is wide receiver,…

[2051
7,226,1917,255,2321,2097,6
0":"post-864266","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-new-york-jets","8":"tag-football","9":"tag-jets","10":"tag-new-york","11":"tag-new-york-jets","12":"tag-newyork","13":"tag-newyorkjets","14":"tag-nfl
["GET
