The Arizona Cardinals announced this week that running back James Conner would announce their draft picks on Day 2 of the NFL draft next week. The NFL has had team legends announce Day 2 picks for years.<\/p>\n

All 32 teams’ legends to announce picks were announced. There is another Cardinals connection for Day 2.<\/p>\n

A former Cardinals player will announce Day 2 selections for the Cleveland Browns \u2014 Phil Dawson.<\/p>\n

Dawson played in the NFL from 1999-2018, and most of those seasons were with the Browns. He was their kicker from 1999-2012. However, he finished his career with the Cardinals, playing two seasons for them in 2017-2018.<\/p>\n

He made 37-of-48 field goals and 38-of-41 extra points in two seasons.<\/p>\n
