Dillon Thieneman a native of Westfield, Indiana, attended Purdue out of high school. Per 247Sports<\/a>, Thieneman signed with Purdue over offers that included Indiana, Minnesota, Northwestern and more. After two seasons at Purdue, Thieneman transferred to Oregon in 2025.<\/p>\n

What kind of prospect was Dillon Thieneman in high school?<\/p>\n

Dillon Thieneman was three-star recruit out of Westfield High School, ranking as high as the No. 61 safety in the class of 2023 and the No. 12 player in Indiana, depending on the recruiting service.<\/p>\n

He finished his high school career with a total of 246 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, five interceptions and 11 pass breakups. Thieneman also led Westfield to two runner-up finishes for the state title as he earned First Team All-Conference nods three times. In 2022 he was named the Indiana Football Coaches Association Mr. Football and a part of the IFCA All-State Top 50 team.<\/p>\n
