There could be some movement at the top of next week\u2019s NFL draft.\u00a0<\/p>\n

ESPN\u2019s Jeremy Fowler reported Saturday<\/a> that \u201cbelief in league circles\u201d is that the Cardinals and Titans, who hold the No. 3 and 4 picks, respectively, are \u201cboth open to moving back\u201d in the draft.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Whether or not Arizona and Tennessee trade down could hinge on what the Jets decide to do with the second selection.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Gang Green is widely expected to take either Texas Tech edge rusher David Bailey<\/a> or Ohio State edge rusher Arvell Reese with the pick.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Raiders have all but confirmed they will be taking Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza with the first overall pick<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bailey, Reese, Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love, Miami offensive lineman Francis Mauigoa, Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles, among others, are all names teams looking to trade up could target at No. 3 and 4.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Cardinals have been rumored to have their eyes on Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson<\/a>, who is expected to be a late first-round or possible second-round pick.\u00a0<\/p>\n

With a new regime led by head coach Robert Saleh and offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, and set at quarterback with last year\u2019s first overall pick, Cam Ward, in tow, the Titans could be looking to stockpile picks instead of using the fourth pick.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The first few picks aren\u2019t the only place Fowler is hearing there could be movement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He added that there are \u201cmany watching\u201d the always-active Cowboys, who own the 12th and 20th overall picks, \u201cdue to obvious defensive needs,\u201d although they are \u201cnot overly active on phones yet.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cOpen-minded about potential move but also comfortable staying put,\u201d Fowler wrote of the Cowboys.\u00a0<\/p>\n
