There could be some movement at the top of next week\u2019s NFL draft.<\/p>\n

ESPN\u2019s Jeremy Fowler reported Saturday<\/a> that \u201cbelief in league circles\u201d is that the Cardinals<\/a> and Titans, who hold the No. 3 and 4 picks, respectively, are \u201cboth open to moving back\u201d in the draft.<\/p>\n

Whether or not Arizona<\/a> and Tennessee<\/a> trade down could hinge on what the Jets<\/a> decide to do with the second selection.<\/p>\n

Gang Green is widely expected to take either Texas Tech edge rusher David Bailey<\/a> or Ohio State edge rusher Arvell Reese with the pick.<\/p>\n

The Raiders have all but confirmed they will be taking Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza with the first overall pick<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Bailey, Reese, Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love, Miami<\/a> offensive lineman Francis Mauigoa, Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles<\/a>, among others, are all names teams looking to trade up could target at No. 3 and 4.<\/p>\n

The Cardinals have been rumored to have their eyes on Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson<\/a>, who is expected to be a late first-round or possible second-round pick.<\/p>\n

With a new regime led by head coach Robert Saleh and offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, and set at quarterback with last year\u2019s first overall pick, Cam Ward<\/a>, in tow, the Titans could be looking to stockpile picks instead of using the fourth pick.<\/p>\n

The first few picks aren\u2019t the only place Fowler is hearing there could be movement.<\/p>\n

He added that there are \u201cmany watching\u201d the always-active Cowboys, who own the 12th and 20th overall picks, \u201cdue to obvious defensive needs,\u201d although they are \u201cnot overly active on phones yet.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOpen-minded about potential move but also comfortable staying put,\u201d Fowler wrote of the Cowboys.<\/p>\n
