Jalen Hurts continues to try to prove he is not settling for last year\u2019s performance as the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback. <\/p>\n
In a year where offensive inconsistency reigned far too often in Philly, widespread staff changes for 2026 will hopefully make a difference for Hurts\u2019 unit. The veteran quarterback is not depending on those, though. Hurts is also focused on improving as an individual. <\/p>\n
Jalen Hurts working out with Scot Loeffler<\/p>\n
Hurts still has a relationship with Scot Loeffler, the Eagles\u2019 quarterbacks coach from 2025. He has also recently worked out with QB trainer\u00a0Quincy Avery. Avery is well-respected for his work with the position and helps plenty of pro quarterbacks around the NFL. <\/p>\n
Hurts posted about his recent training with Loeffler, and plenty of folks took notice. Calling on an old friend for tips is not an uncommon occurrence in the NFL, and this is just the latest example of precisely that for the Eagles starter. <\/p>\n
The 2026 NFL Draft is just around the corner, but the Eagles, along with the rest of the league, are preparing to get back on the field soon as well. <\/p>\n
Hurts is no stranger to consistent offseason work to make tweaks to his game, but this intriguing reunion has caught the eye of a lot of fans. Loeffler won\u2019t be on staff next season, but he is still playing a hand in the offense for Philly. <\/p>\n
We will see if this offseason works helps Hurts have a bounce back campaign after the Eagles struggled too often a season ago on offense. <\/p>\n
