The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have had their share of questionable drafting.

Ask a Buccaneer fan what they remember about busted picks, and they will probably mention kicker Roberto Aguayo’s selection in the second round of the 2016 draft. Talk about reaching for a player. That is going to happen again this week, hopefully not to the Bucs.

The top 14 teams will eat their selection clock, field trade offers, and some might even move around. During this process, players find small cracks to fit into and are suddenly forgotten. That moves another player down the board.

We looked at players that could fall in the 11-14 range, and if they fall there, they could fall to 15. We also took a look at two prospects that could bump to 46.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans should be thrilled if these five players fall to No. 15Mansoor Delane – CB – LSU

A consensus top 10 pick only a week ago, Delane is starting to trend into the teens. Not because of talent evaluations, but because teams are moving around looking for help at other positions. It’s a simple case of a good player dropping because team positional values are changing.

Rueben Bain Jr. – EDGE – Miami (Fl)

Let’s be clear, this isn’t happening. Bain is a top-10 guaranteed draft pick, yes? That may not be 100% accurate. A two-year-old off-field issue surfaced, drawing more attention to his “small-arm-measurements” stigma. Bain is going to be a fantastic player at the next level, but there have been several mock drafts lately that project him outside of the top-10. If Bain falls into the teens, Licht may want to consider moving up a spot or two.

Makai Lemon – WR – USC

Lemon was expected to be the second WR taken off the boards, but that now belongs to Jordyn Tyson. Lemon’s draft stock is starting to slide and despite the bigger needs of the defense, getting Baker Mayfield a top-10 prospect to help the offense at 15 would be hard to pass up.

Round two prospects who could fall to pick 46D’Angelo Ponds – CB – Indiana

Does CB fill a need? Absolutely, and so does Ponds. A versatile corner who can also line up as a nickelback, he is fluid off the snap with solid coverage and run-support skills. Ponds is projected as high as the late first round, but if he slides into the second, he won’t have to fall far for the Buccaneers to make the call.

T.J. Parker – Edge – Clemson

Parker isn’t quite the elite athlete that some of the others are in this class. The Bucs would be reaching a bit for guys like Akheem Mesidor or Zion Young at 15, but in round two, Parker would be an absolute steal.

Add us as a preferred source on GoogleFollow

[2077
211,7,6,704,250,2597,2596
0":"post-870618","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-tampa-bay-buccaneers","8":"tag-buccaneers","9":"tag-football","10":"tag-nfl","11":"tag-tampa-bay","12":"tag-tampa-bay-buccaneers","13":"tag-tampabay","14":"tag-tampabaybuccaneers
["GET
