Kelly Stafford, the 35-year-old wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, shared how plastic surgery helped transform her body after having four kids.<\/p>\n
In the latest episode of her podcast, Stafford opened up about the \u201cmommy makeover\u201d she received from Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon and guest Dr. Garth Fisher.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had my boobs re-done and you also did the tummy tuck,\u201d the former University of Georgia cheerleader told Dr. Fisher on a new episode of \u201cThe Morning After\u201d podcast.<\/a> \u201cYou put back together my abs.\u201d<\/p>\n Stafford said the tummy tuck also helped get rid of excess skin, but that she was skeptical about undergoing the procedure at first.<\/p>\n \u201cA lot of people who live in California know what a tummy tuck is, but in my mind, when I was told a tummy tuck, I was like, \u2018That\u2019s lipo, right?\u2019\u201d Stafford confessed while referring to liposuction. \u201cI was thinking fat removal and then skin and I remember being like, \u2018Oh man, OK.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Stafford also said she\u2019s happy she did the surgery now instead of later in life.<\/p>\n \u201cYou want to do it when you still have that urge to feel sexy,\u201d Stafford said. \u201cI\u2019m not saying at 18 years down the road I might not have a resurgence of that. But I also just think you\u2019re older in age, and it gets tougher.\u201d<\/p>\n Stafford discussed her \u201cmommy makeover\u201d with her plastic surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher. Kelly Stafford \/ YouTube<\/p>\n Stafford has gone under the knife before \u2014 in 2019, she underwent a 12-hour surgery to remove a \u200b\u200bbenign tumor from her brain<\/a> but ended up back in the hospital<\/a>.<\/p>\n After the surgery, she experienced lingering health issues and had to separate from her children so she could relearn how to walk.<\/p>\n \u201cThey said, \u2018You know what, you can\u2019t have any kids around you. You can\u2019t have anything around you because it\u2019ll throw off your balance, you\u2019ll fall [and] you\u2019ll injure yourself,\u2019\u201d Stafford told \u201cGood Morning America\u201d in an interview<\/a> in February 2022. \u201cSo we actually had to say goodbye to our kids for about three weeks.\u201d<\/p>\n The Staffords have four kids, all under the age of 10. Instagram \/ kbstafford89<\/p>\n Kelly and Matthew Stafford met at the University of Georgia while she was a cheerleader and he was the star quarterback.<\/p>\n They married in 2015 and celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary early last month.<\/p>\n The college sweethearts share four daughters: 8-year-old twins Chandler and Sawyer, Hunter, 6, and Tyler, 4.<\/p>\n Other celebrities have spoken out about receiving a \u201cmommy makeover\u201d like \u201cTeen Mom\u201d star Kailyn Lowry.<\/p>\n The reality star underwent breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction after having her children, but admitted she may have taken the surgery route too far.<\/p>\n \u201cI think a little nip and tuck in terms of a nose job or a boob job is OK.
