The stage is set for the next undrafted rookie to make the Broncos roster.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s more common than you might think. An undrafted rookie has made the team\u2019s initial 53-man roster in 21 of the last 22 seasons. Last year, it was inside linebacker Karene Reid who kept the streak alive. <\/p>\n

Who will it be in 2026?<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what you need to know about 14 college free agents who have agreed to contract terms with the Broncos, according to sources and verified reports. If all 14 sign, the Broncos will need to let go of three players to stay at the NFL\u2019s offseason roster limit. The limit is 90, but punter Jeremy Crawshaw is exempt due to the Australia native being an international player.<\/p>\n

Brent Austin, CB, Cal: Logged 13 pass breakups last season (tied second nationally in FBS). \u2026 Made previous stops in college at South Florida and James Madison. \u2026 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds. \u2026 Hometown of San Bernardino, Calif.<\/p>\n

Luke Basso, LS, Oregon: Former college teammate with Broncos quarterback Bo Nix. \u2026 Named semifinalist for the Patrick Mannelly Award, the nation\u2019s most outstanding long snapper. \u2026 6-3 and 220 pounds. \u2026 Hometown in Lake Oswego, Ore.<\/p>\n

Sean Brown, WR, Charlotte: Had 75 catches for 1,018 yards with two touchdowns over 38 career games. \u2026 Played previously in college at UNC Pembroke. \u2026 6-4 and 200 pounds. \u2026 Hometown in Waxhaw, N.C.<\/p>\n

Gavin Ortega, OL, Weber State: Earned FCS All-American and All-Big Sky honors last season. \u2026 Played 41 career games at Weber State and in every game over his last three seasons. \u2026 6-5 and 300 pounds. \u2026 Hometown of Bellingham, Wash.<\/p>\n

Will Wright, CB, Tennessee: Played in 45 games with 28 tackles, three pass breakups and two interceptions over college career. \u2026 Four-time SEC academic honor roll member. \u2026 6-foot and 198 pounds. \u2026 Hometown of Nashville, Tenn.<\/p>\n

Taurean York, ILB, Texas A&M: Participated in NFL combine. \u2026 Earned third-team All-SEC honors last season with 7.5 tackles for loss, three pass breakups and one sack. \u2026 Team captain. \u2026 5-10 and 226 pounds. \u2026 Hometown of Temple, Texas.<\/p>\n

The Broncos have extended invitations to more than a dozen players for rookie minicamp, according to verified media reports, as of late Monday.<\/p>\n
