Wise was a three-star recruit as part of the 2026 recruiting class and hails from Austin, Texas, where he attended Westlake High School, which produced the likes of Nick Foles and Drew Brees.\u00a0<\/p>\n
In 11 games for Westlake in 2025, Wise recorded 1,968 passing yards and 14 touchdowns while also tossing seven interceptions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He notched nine rushing touchdowns.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Yates is a Mississippi native and chose to go to Ole Miss over fellow SEC schools Mississippi State, Florida State, Auburn and Alabama.\u00a0<\/p>\n
