While Mahomes has already undergone surgery and is making progress toward returning to action, one of his former teammates \u2014 legendary defensive back Tyrann Mathieu<\/a> \u2014 didn’t mince words in describing the unbelievably quick recovery timeline that the MVP signal-caller is currently on track to achieve.<\/p>\n

According to Mathieu, Mahomes could participate in Kansas City<\/a>‘s Organized Team Activities (OTAs) later this summer, which would be an incredible achievement for the ex-Texas Tech Red Raider.<\/p>\n
