The Arizona Cardinals<\/a> made moves to improve their offensive line. They signed guard Isaac Seumalo<\/a>, they signed tackles Elijah Wilkinson<\/a> and Oli Udoh<\/a>, and they drafted guard Chase Bisontis in the second round.<\/p>\n

With these moves, ESPN’s Mike Clay projects the Cardinals will have an above-average starting offensive line.<\/p>\n

Using a number of metrics from different sources, he gives each player a grade. He has the Cardinals’ unit ranked 15th. He views Bisontis, a rookie, and Wilkinson, who played every snap for the Atlanta Falcons<\/a> last season at right tackle, as below average starters but the rest of the line \u2014 Paris Johnson, Seumalo and Hjalte Froholdt<\/a> \u2014 as all above-average.<\/p>\n

If the line is indeed improved and healthy, with the additions of running backs Tyler Allgeier<\/a> and Jeremiyah Love to boost the run game and with the return of Trey McBride<\/a>, Marvin Harrison and Michael Wilson<\/a>, the offense could potentially be good, provided the quarterback play is at least above-average.<\/p>\n
