Braden Fiske<\/a> was banged up last season. He didn\u2019t look 100% healthy, perhaps due to the surgery he had on his knee following his rookie year in 2024. He also suffered an ankle injury late last season.<\/p>\n

But heading into Year 3<\/a>, he looks ready to roll. After a dip in production last season, Fiske could be poised for a bounce-back season in 2026, especially after seeing him breeze through a footwork drill at practice this week.<\/p>\n

He looks as quick as ever, wowing fans with his foot speed and explosiveness in a new video that the Rams<\/a> posted from their workout program. Davante Adams<\/a>, Puka Nacua<\/a>, Trent McDuffie<\/a> and several other players are in the video, but it was Fiske who stole the show at the 10-second mark.<\/p>\n

Fiske works as hard as anyone and while he does need to improve as a run defender on the interior, his quickness is what makes him a dangerous pass rusher alongside Jared Verse<\/a>, Kobie Turner<\/a> and Byron Young<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If he can take that next step in 2026, the Rams’ defensive line has a chance to do something special.<\/p>\n

One practice drill doesn’t tell a whole story but it’s good to see Fiske healthy and explosive entering Year 3.<\/p>\n
