Bo Nix talked about how much of a difference it is for him to have the same offensive play caller for the second straight year.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s huge. It\u2019s kind of weird going back to the first install, it\u2019s not new verbiage and not new things. It made it a lot easier this year. Now, it was tough to learn it last year, but being in a system and getting right back to where we were, just being able to call plays and understanding what it\u2019s like \u2014 going longer than 365 days just hearing the same thing, I think it\u2019s going to be really beneficial,\u201d said Nix. \u201cAlso, the same guys you\u2019re throwing it to. The same center and the same line. Being the same, it\u2019s going to be \u2014 it\u2019s hard to even explain. You\u2019re going to see it in ways that you can\u2019t even understand. It\u2019s just a natural thing to go out there and just pick up right where you left off and not have to restart.\u201d<\/p>\n

Safety Talanoa Hufanga also spoke on his expectations for the Broncos\u2019 Defense in 2025<\/p>\n
\u201cPeople that are willing to buy into these guys, and they really want to grow. This defense is incredible. You look from top to bottom, it\u2019s just players. So for me, I just wanted to humbly come in, earn their respect and join a crew that already did really well last year for sure,\u201d said Hufanga.<\/p>\n
Head coach Sean Payton spoke on the expectation for the rookies\u2019 improvement from the rookie minicamp to OTAs.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019re behind, obviously, in a couple of areas. Mentally, they\u2019re catching up. Then also physically, getting acclimated to the weight program and their conditioning level. They\u2019re 12-13 workouts behind. They don\u2019t have to get there today. They just have to work their way there, so by the time we get going in training camp, we bridge the gap, if you will,\u201d said Payton.<\/p>\n
