Every year the wide receivers who come from the ranks of college football into the NFL are better and more athletic than the group before. Wide receivers are almost always the best athletes on the team and the NFL knows they can never have enough good ones.<\/p>\n
We are looking ahead to the start of the college football season and based on last year’s film and our notes, we have 10 guys we will be keeping a very close eye on. One is Alabama’s Ryan Coleman-Williams and the other is Indiana’s Charlie Becker. Coleman-Williams looked like he was Smith’s equal two years ago but backslid in 2025. He has vowed to shut out the noise and focus on football this season. Becker worked in the shadow of Omar Cooper Jr.<\/a> and Elijah Sarratt<\/a> last year but is poised to be a star in 2026.<\/p>\n
