The kickoff times for four of the UW Huskies\u2019 12 regular season games this fall were announced by the Big Ten on Thursday<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Washington will open the season with back-to-back 8 p.m. kickoffs for their non-conference home games against Colorado State on Aug. 30 and UC Davis on Sept. 6. Both games will be broadcast on Big Ten Network.<\/p>\n

The Apple Cup between the Huskies and WSU Cougars on Sept. 20 in Pullman will kick off at 4:30 p.m. on CBS. It had previously been announced<\/a> that the start time for the annual rivalry game would be either at 4:30 or 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

Washington\u2019s home game against Rutgers has been moved to Friday, Oct. 10, at 6 p.m. on FS1. It had originally been slated for Saturday, Oct. 11. That will be the Huskies\u2019 lone Friday night game of the season. It also will mark the second straight year that UW and Rutgers square off on a Friday night. In a Friday night game last fall, the Huskies fell 21-18 to Rutgers in New Jersey.<\/p>\n

As in recent years, the remainder of Washington\u2019s kickoff times will be announced by the Big Ten and its TV partners 12 days before each game \u2013 although some games could be held for six-day selections on the Sunday prior to the game.<\/p>\n

The Huskies\u2019 home slate this fall includes matchups against defending national champion Ohio State, defending Big Ten champion Oregon and an upstart Illinois team that has high expectations. UW also has a pair of high-profile road trips to face Michigan in the Big House and Wisconsin at Camp Randall Stadium.<\/p>\n
