December 2025\u00a0– 2 shoulder surgeries<\/p>\n

April 2026\u00a0– Note the impressive shoulder definition on this workout video posted on Instagram\u2026<\/p>\n

May 2026\u00a0–\u00a0Arnold states that he expects to be available for training camp<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cBefore I got hurt I was getting in my groove, figuring things out,\u201d Arnold said. \u201cStarted playing my best ball and then just dealing with that injury, nagging it, so I\u2019m just excited to see where I\u2019ll be at with not having any injuries and just really looking forward to being out there with my team.\u201d<\/p>\n

2026 OUTLOOK: Arnold was expected to be ready well before training camp, and there appear to be no setbacks.<\/p>\n
