The Tennessee Titans<\/a> are taking the weekend to prepare for their final week of offseason team activities (OTAs), making it a great time to catch up on lingering items from Friday\u2019s open practice session.<\/p>\n

After practice, linebacker Cedric Gray<\/a> met with the media and talked about a couple of rookies, specifically linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. and wide receiver Carnell Tate. When asked about Tate, he admitted he was already a fan.<\/p>\n

\u201cTate? Yeah. Oh, he\u2019s the truth. He\u2019s the truth. Y\u2019all just saw it today. He had a few plays today. I actually literally just went up to him after practice today. I told him, \u201cYou cold,\u201d because for real, I\u2019m a huge fan and I\u2019m on the Tate bandwagon right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

And if you haven\u2019t seen the one-handed snag Tate pulled in during practice, here\u2019s your chance.<\/p>\n

Tate has clearly made an impression on both those inside and outside the facility during OTAs, and appears to be ready to step into the WR1 role heading into his rookie season with his bigger frame and great hands. And now he appears to be building chemistry with Ward, something that could take the Titans<\/a>‘ offense to a new level in 2026.<\/p>\n
