Brown<\/a>, the league was quite busy throughout the day.<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n So, will the Carolina Panthers<\/a> join in on the fun?<\/p>\n Well, maybe we shouldn’t set any expectations.<\/p>\n In the view of The Charlotte Observer’s Mike Kaye, the defending NFC South champs seem content in what they’re working with heading into the new month. Here’s what Kaye posted to Twitter\/X this morning:<\/p>\n This time of year usually brings about some releases for teams looking to free up some extra salary cap space. While both seem unlikely to this point, two cut candidates for the Panthers could include tight end Tommy Tremble<\/a> ($4 million in savings) and outside linebacker Pat Jones II ($4.75 million).<\/p>\n Carolina might also be keeping tabs on who is let go elsewhere.
