Thomas<\/a> was elite throughout the 2025 season, delivering a strong bounce-back campaign after an injury-plagued 2024. \u201cI would probably say the 2022 playoffs \u2014 the game we won against the Vikings,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Thomas also discussed his recovery this offseason, saying he believes he has perfected his rehabilitation process both on and off the field.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s technically not part of my game, but I would say perfection-wise my recovery,\u201d he explained. \u201cI think I\u2019ve been doing a good job of rehabbing, just making sure my body is recovering and feels great as I get older.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now entering his seventh NFL season, Thomas stands as a key anchor on the Giants\u2019 offensive line. At 6-foot-5 and 315 pounds, the massive tackle has consistently dominated opponents when healthy.<\/p>\n

With his strong confidence in both his rehab and recovery this offseason, Thomas has a clear opportunity to establish himself as the top offensive tackle in the league \u2014 provided he stays healthy in 2026.<\/p>\n
