President Donald Trump<\/a> swooned over the physique of Pro Football Hall of Fame member Joe Thomas<\/a> at an agricultural roundtable in Wisconsin on Friday. <\/p>\n

\u201cLook at this guy over here. I don\u2019t know who the hell he is, but he is one hell of a specimen. This guy, this is one hell of a physical specimen,\u201d Trump quipped, sitting next to the former NFL player. <\/p>\n

The event at Custer Farms in Chippewa Falls came amid agricultural challenges faced by farmers and ranchers during the second Trump administration, including spiking fertilizer costs<\/a> caused by the war in Iran.<\/p>\n

During the roundtable, Trump made a few out-of-the-ordinary comments about both Thomas and gold medal Olympic speed skating champion Jordan Stolz. <\/p>\n

\u201cI thought I was big until I met you, Joe, you know,\u201d he told Thomas. \u201cFantastic, that\u2019s what I like.\u201d<\/p>\n

He later added, \u201cLook at the size of this guy! Boy oh boy.\u201d<\/p>\n

The president asked Thomas whether \u201canybody\u201d got by him on the field, before exclaiming, \u201cHe\u2019s a good-looking man!\u201d<\/p>\n

And he joked about Stolz<\/a>, \u201cI forgot to touch his leg. I didn\u2019t want to do that. But I can tell you one thing: His leg is like a rock.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thomas celebrated the roundtable on X, telling followers it was \u201cgreat\u201d meeting the president and Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins<\/a> \u201cin God\u2019s country\u201d and \u201chaving an opportunity to highlight some of the major issues that need addressing for family farmers and BEEF producers in this country!\u201d <\/p>\n

Some of the athlete\u2019s fans, as well as other social media users, expressed disappointment with Thomas over his post \u2014 or even for meeting with the president in the first place.<\/p>\n

\u201cTrump\u2019s policies have directly hurt farmers. What exactly are you celebrating?\u201d one user replied<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cDo you have any idea the damage Trump has done to American farmers? Wtf is wrong with you? Jfc,\u201d another user wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n
