For those who don\u2019t remember the trophy room, it wasn\u2019t that it was so special from a presentation standpoint \u2014 I think stuff like saving your highlights and scoring your greatest games were much cooler features from the old games \u2014 but it was something that we used to care about overall much more in sports games and that is tracking our accomplishments in-game in some way.<\/p>\n
Not to say \u201cit used to be better\u201d but before achievements\/trophies and a \u201cshare\u201d button that posted things to our socials or YouTube replaced a lot of this stuff in the \u201cgive me my dopamine\u201d category, developers used to spend more time giving us ways to track our own achievements in games. The trophy room was a good example of that as it was a simple way for us to remember all the cool stuff we had been able to do during our many hours playing the game.<\/p>\n

Anywho, I do hope the presentation gets an upgrade this time around since EA spends all this time rendering tons of trophies for cutscenes so why not have a way to walk through the trophy room and appreciate things in a bigger way?
