Icon Sportswire via Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Despite missing the beginning of his rookie season while recovering from a knee injury, Simmons was a consistent contributor in the pros right away.<\/p>\n<p>A Pro Bowler in four of five seasons heading into 2026, Simmons recorded a career-best 11 sacks last year, as well as three forced fumbles and a high of 17 tackles for loss.<\/p>\n<p>In his seven-year career, Simmons has notched 42.5 sacks, 66 tackles for loss and eight forced fumbles.<\/p>\n<p>His combination of size, strength and athleticism has made him one of the most difficult interior defenders for opposing offensive lines to contain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Titans have doubled down on one of their defensive cornerstones.
