One of the Dallas Cowboys<\/a> Cheerleaders’ most popular members is quitting the team. Some NFL<\/a> fans are blaming her husband.<\/p>\n

Reece Weaver, a veteran Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader with millions of followers across social media, announced at the end of Season 3 of Netflix\u2019s \u201cAmerica\u2019s Sweethearts,” that she is leaving the squad for unnamed opportunities.<\/p>\n

Some fans are blaming her husband.<\/p>\n

The couple, which met at the University of Alabama, got married in their early 20s. They live in Alabama and are openly religious. Some felt that Reece’s husband, Will Allman, wanted her to be more of a traditional wife.<\/p>\n

But Weaver isn’t happy with that.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt makes me frustrated, because that could not be more far from the truth,\u201d Weaver told the Wall Street Journal. \u201cHe was so supportive, no matter what decision I made.\u201d<\/p>\n

Allman brushed off the criticism, too.<\/p>\n

\u201cReece is a bunch of people\u2019s favorites,\u201d he said<\/a>. \u201cThose people are going to find something else to blame if I wasn\u2019t there, so it doesn\u2019t really affect me a whole lot.\u201d<\/p>\n

NFL fans remain critical<\/p>\n

\u201cSo supportive that he pressured her to quit while pretending he wasn\u2019t pressuring her,\u201d one viewer wrote on Reddit.<\/p>\n

Another NFL fan added: \u201c\u2018I\u2019ll do whatever you need,\u2019 he says as he wears his Alabama shirt, looking depressed.\u201d<\/p>\n

The now-former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader’s husband, meanwhile, has been active on social media as well. He’s doing cooking videos online and helping his wife with her social media influencing career.<\/p>\n

\u201cI really didn\u2019t have any, like, massive dreams or anything, so I was like, \u2018My dream is to pursue this woman,\u2019 \u201d Allman said in Season 1.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d love to see it be successful,\u201d he told the WSJ of his videos.<\/a> \u201cBut I\u2019d love to see my wife successful 10 times more.\u201d<\/p>\n
