Jaguars HC Liam Coen commented on TE Brenton Strange<\/a>\u2018s new contract, given that the former second-round pick is playing a big role in the team\u2019s offense at just 25 years old.<\/p>\n \u201cAs our offense continues to evolve, Brenton\u2019s role will evolve with it. He sets the tone as a run blocker and plays a huge role in the pass game as well. Stroud<\/a> judged by the poor playoff performance that drew heavy criticism when Houston\u2019s season ended in 2025.<\/p>\n \u201cThere was a lot of\u00a0progress that C.J. and the offense made\u00a0last year,\u201d Caley told the\u00a0Houston Chronicle<\/a>. \u201cWe continued to get better from the start of the season to the end of the regular season and just continued to make progress from week to week.
