It can be re-evaluated if there are further developments,\u201d said Ivor Pine, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles City Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Pine said the matter has been assigned for a City Attorney hearing, a pre-filing diversion that is an alternative to misdemeanor prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson was <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/sports\/rams\/story\/2026-06-09\/rams-alaric-jackson-arrested-on-suspicion-of-felony-domestic-violence\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">arrested<\/a> on June 9 after police responded to a call at a West Hills home involving Jackson and a pregnant woman.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson, 27, could still face discipline from the NFL if the league determines that he violated its personal conduct policy for the second time.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, Jackson <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/sports\/rams\/story\/2024-08-23\/rams-offensive-tackle-alaric-jackson-suspended-personal-conduct-policy\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">served a two-game suspension<\/a>.
