Tyreek Hill\u2019s return to NFL action could take longer than originally anticipated.<\/p>\n

The star receiver, who played for the Dolphins last year, is currently without a team as he continues rehabbing from his knee injury, which he suffered last September in Week 4<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The devastating injury included serious damage to his ACL, MCL, PCL and patella.<\/p>\n

Bleacher Report\u2019s James Palmer had a grim outlook on the potential for Hill\u2019s upcoming return.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere still is, to my understanding, no guarantee that Tyreek Hill plays in 2026,\u201d Palmer said on his podcast late last month<\/a>. \u201cI think it\u2019s wishful thinking.\u201d<\/p>\n

The eight-time Pro Bowler has been posting clips of his rehab on social media since its beginning, but Palmer doesn\u2019t believe they will be enough to convince teams to offer him a contract after such a serious injury.<\/p>\n

Hill\u2019s best trait is his speed, but possible limitations on his healing knee will affect his value and his attractiveness to potential suitors.<\/p>\n

Medical experts have initially projected a possible midseason return for Hill, but teams will want to see him running in full-speed drills before considering offering him a contract.<\/p>\n

Should Hill defy the odds and return to his pre-injury form, he\u2019s expected to be a highly coveted midseason pickup for a contender.<\/p>\n

While his football future remains up in the air, Hill has been dealing with legal issues as well. <\/p>\n

He recently settled his lawsuit with Sophie Hall<\/a>, a model and influencer who sued him for allegedly breaking her leg in 2023.<\/p>\n

In her lawsuit, Hall claimed Hill shoved her to the ground in a \u201cfit of anger\u201d after a training session in his Florida mansion.<\/p>\n
