O\u2019Shea has been the head of an NFL receiver\u2019s room, if not an offensive coordinator, for every football season since 2007. Embree\u2019s only three seasons on the job were spent in Kansas City.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">On a team that has so much invested in the quarterback, tight end and running back, it\u2019s vital that the coaching staff makes a difference at the receiver position, developing talent into consistent playmaking.
